after my last meal
twice a day
using ToothSoap - I had 4 cavities go away after 7 months use - saved my $184 per!!!!

I brushed my teeth about 4 and a half hours ago.
Also, I brush my teeth twice a day, cos I'm cool and awesome and sexy with very white and sexy teeth... Yep. I brush after breakfast and before bed.. I do it for the sexiness.
