I am the same way... it is a hard road for me to lose weight, I work out five times a week and am eating healthier than I have been and I'm not losing at all!

I don't understand it either, I just want to let you know you are not alone! :)

Congrats on the 20 # loss, don't lose patience! Everyone's metabolism is different. Your loss will plateau at a certain point and you will feel like you aren't losing anything. Which will remain for maybe a few months but keep at it with your plan, then after awhile you will start to lose again. Keep in mind your hormones were out of whack because of the Depo, so that in turn will mess with your weight. It takes awhile for that cycle to get "in line again".
Good Luck

Dieting and losing weigh are a long term goal. Your body is used to being at one weight, and you have to change the way your body thinks. Call your doctor for referrals to dietitians and weight loss programs. You may just need an idea that you haven't thought of on your own to give you the extra boost.
