I think that would an awesome idea. He would keep them In Buffalo for sure and would do great things with the team. Rumor has it that the Bills have a buyer to take over for Ralph Iwlson. Your thoughts?

He and Jack Kemp are working on getting a group of investors together, and he seems pretty confident about it. Jim isn't a man to talk out of his ***, so I have hope. Maybe he'll even be able to convince Ralph to sell, which would make things a lot easier.

Edit: The Bills have an estimated worth of $800 million. Relocation would entail a great deal of expenses, including a new stadium, in all likelihood, with no guarentee of "catching on." The probability of moving the team is, IMO, overstated(not to say it isn't real). It would cost a hell of a lot of money and very, very few people have $800 million just lying around, let alone relocation costs and stadium costs...

It's a nice idea, but you'd have to rate the chances of success as small. A team is going to be worth more in Los Angeles than Buffalo when Ralph Wilson dies -- a lot more. Kelly had better have some friends worth more than $700 million.

Since Jim was one of the greatest players in there history I think it is a great idea. The league could use some ownership that actually played the game.

Watch out for Toronto. I heard they're getting a team.
