I left a question a couple of days ago, asking how to deal with being bummed & losing sleep when all of you beloved teams keep losing. Last night I got to answer my own question, after I saw the Flyers and the Lightning won.
No matter what, you get the best sleep in the world when everyone you want to win, actually follows through!!!!! When I was woke up this morning to go to work, I was still on the couch, in my jeans, with my hands still wrapped around a coozie, drool dribbling down my cheek, a infomercial for Jack LaLanne Power Juicer on TV, while my dog was licking hollandaise sause off of my fingers (from last night, don't ask). I don't even remember the after game programming, I must have just passed out.
Adam: Olli Jokinen needs to ask Brian Englom for some of that mop, so he get some eyebrows. :)

btw, since it's a bit hard to contact you by email LITY, I was just wondering whether the Avs are still shopping Theodore? You've said that they've been actively shopping him around and that Budaj is capable of handling the #1 job. Well, now Theodore is playing a lot better than last year, do they still want to trade him? He looks a lot crisper with his movement.
I'm not sure that Budaj can handle being the clear #1 guy. I really have doubts about that. He can play good, but I seriously don't think he can maintain that level for 50+ games in a season. Just like I said when I answered that one woman's question about the Avs' goaltending, nothing has been decided yet, so it would be stupid getting rid of Theodore right now.

WHOA!!! As an employee of said "Panturds", I am quite disgusted, actually.
The boys from S. Fla have not done jack since '96, the reason why is obvious. No one works together and no one plays 60 mins of hockey.
I don't care who the coach is, who the GM is, who your star center of the week is and who you have in net: no fundamentals, no dedication to the game, no wins. Period.
They have put up some quality efforts so far this year, mostly 1 period of great hockey (well, great for the Wales Conf. - NO, I am NOT using that bastard Bettman's nomenclature) and then 2 periods of 'eh' hockey.....
In any event, screw TB......
