The grid points are 1 unit apart, and 4 will make a square.

If you draw a line across or up and down, you can draw any line that is a multiple of 1 unit ... like 1, 2, 3, .... by drawing a line from one point to another.

If you draw a line diagonally, the distance between the closest points is sqrt (1^2 + 1^2) or sqrt(2).
So, you can draw a line of length sqrt(2), 2*sqrt(2), 3*sqrt(2) ... which is the same as sqrt(2), sqrt(8), sqrt(18)

Is that enough to help you without actually giving you the answers?

easy !!! :)\

remember that
a^2+ b^2 =c^2
thus the hypotheneus of a triangle is c
in 28- 33 you are looking for c

so all you need to do is find values of a and b such that
28. c=sqrt 2 so some possible values are a= 1 and b=1
29. c = sqrt 3 .....

and so on
