Hi! It's called "Glue," ....but it's not free.
http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/t26/glue/ If you're trying to replicate it... you want a grunge ransom-like font ....go to a font site like dafont.com and choose from the "Fancy" theme categories: Distorted, Eroded or Destroyed or the "Script" category and choose:Trash or Graffiti. Hope this helped!
