half-fare. they say it's free but that's not true. you have to pay half not as a fare but for passenger manifest and documentations. the airline won't charge you yet when you order a ticket but they will collect it upon boarding.

babies less then 2 yrs can get on free, but you will have to let them sit on your lap.
if you want to put him in his own seat (bring your own carrier) you will have a child's discount but it's not much.
