This guy on the bus who wouldn't shut-up, sounded like he was trying to flirt with every guy on the bus; -anyways, he had black fingernails, spike bracelets, 1 hoop in each ear, a white tanktop, army-like shorts, black cowboyboots, & he was wearing a "cape" -what would you describe this person? (I was trying not too laugh)

i seen some guy who i know is a millionaire and he was dressed, i swear to god, like a f*ckin BUM. he looked like he didnt shave for about 2 weeks, his hair was all messed up and his clothes were unmatching really bad. u would think with all that money he could buy stuff that actually looked nice or that somebody would say hey u look like a homeless person u know that? hahaha! unfortunately im related to this guy too so i was like embarrassed to see him and he looked like that. i definitely have a better sense of how to dress then he does!

the guy that you mentioned seems very confused, and the goofiest dressed person I've seen thus far was this big guy who had on a pair of booty shorts that were plaid and his legs had the most cellulite and spider veins that I had ever seen. It looked like green angel pasta noodles mixed with cottaged cheese and mangled hair. He also wore a tight plain white tee shirt and had the nerve to have had it tucked in looking like an overstuffed pillow. I didn't know whether to call Ripley or the police for his attempt at murdering my sight. Ewww.

Man, every time I go to Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts (also known as the "People's Republic of Cambridge) there are dozens if not scores of weirdly or goofily dressed people: hold over hippies from the '60s; punk rockers with their spiked hair-cuts; girls with tattoos; guys wearing kilts; guys wearing dresses; and the assorted bums & winos wearing anything.

There is no limit to the weird dress & behaviour out in Harvard Square.

That is funny! People who dress like that claim they are not trying to get attention, but that claim is pretty thin....

I know a woman at work in a conservative environment I have dubbed "Bozo the Clown" because she wears atrocious ORANGE pants with mixed stripe jackets.... all she needs is the pair of floppy shoes....

A gay punk rocker with a twist of his own random style, like with the cape and cowboy boots as an example.
And I have to say the goofiest dressed person I've seen is Bjork.

Its this girl in one of my classes who wears like bright red lipstick with a orange mini skirt in the middle of fall with a pink and purple cardigan and crazy looking curley hair with a eggshell colored scrunchy hanging off. We kind of get freaked out when she dresses normal.
