There are now degree courses in Ethical Hacking, which may or may not tell you if indeed you are hacking for good reason.Anyway if you go to the trouble of going to university or college to learn then that in itself must be a good reason.

i like this question, the first thing u need to do is sign up for a few computer classes, then onto networking classes......might take u a few yrs. when u done w/ school then u can hack. after that u'll end up in jail. goodluck
