Yes, the ring will turn color. It will tarnish. Even .925 silver tarnishes and Tiffany's is not different than any other sterling silver manufacturer.
The chlorine in pool water and likely tap water will speed up the tarnishing. Silver tarnish is dirt simple to remove. You can buy vleaners and cleaning rags that work just in one wipe or dip.
Can't believe there are people here who think it won't tarnish. What do they think silver polish is for then???

Real sterling silver should never rust. If it rusts, it's not sterling. As the ring gets older it may pick up some black or greenish tarish build up that will make the ring look cloudy. You can clean this with a polish cloth or silver polishing compound.

If you wear it daily, it will be ok. Sometimes jewelry when allowed to sit (even Tiffany jewelry) will tarnish a bit. All silver does. I have MANY pieces of Sterling Silver Tiffany & Co. jewelry straight from the Tiffany store in NYC.
It will tarnish a bit if allowed to sit w/o wear but they sell polishing cloths that clean it right up. It will not rust, it will not corrode, but you should check it and polish it occaisionally.

all sterling silver tarnishes.. and one time when i went tiffany and co... there was this sterling silver car thing... it was cute and all but it was starting to tarnish.. and i was like why do they still have this.. it will just make the customers think twice in getting their stuff from here.. anyway sterling silver does tarnish or gets yellow for sure!!! google sterling silver up if you want more information.. or you should ask one of the workers at tiffanys if they rust/tarnish.. and then some other jewelry store just in case tiffanys lies..

It looks like rust...but it's not. It's called "tarnish". Silver will change colors according to it's surroundings. It cleans up quickly with silver polish. Not to worry. If it's real it changes easily. If it's not...expect a green ring on your finger.

If you mean "turn brown", then silver doesn't do that. It normally tarnishes, turning a kind of blacky colour (like a silver teapot or cutlery) but sometimes just goes a bit dull (like my grandfather's WW2 medals).
Try some silver polish. If it comes clean its probably silver. If the polish sticks and won't rub off, its something else.

Not if it's real 9.25 silver.
And if it's a real Tiffany's ring it shouldn't do anything but tarnish like real silver does. Anything else and it's fake!

Ask a jeweler. if you don't care about quality, then I suggest you get a cheaper bracelet. Buying something at Tiffany's or Gucci is incredibly expensive for something that may or may not be worn very often.
