Endoplasmic Reticulum and Golgi Apparatus
Proteins are translated across the Endoplasmic Reticulum where they are modified with signals to reach the Golgi. Within the Golgi, the proteins are further modified until they become "mature" proteins. Additional signals will send the proteins to plasma membrane where they are exocytosed from vessicles.
Ribosomes are not organelles. They are rRNA.

Several organelles take part in the construction of proteins. It is done in the Golgi apparatus and the rough endoplasmic reticulum, but the actual building is done by the ribosomes.

i would say tRNA, even though it isnt an organelle.. it's the tRNA that translate the info from mRNA to protein, which would then be formed into an enzyme.. this would require ribosomes, which are organelles..

I agree with the first responder, but if you have to choose just one answer, choose Golgi bodies.
