If you are a girl I would love to see a picture. Yeast and fungal infections are often a common cause of bad odors like that. You need to get some Monistat 7 or if you can't afford it you could try some jock itch cream. Since you are a girl with a foreskin I am not quite sure what to recommend

It sounds like a yeast infection to me. You need to get some Monistat 7 and apply it for the full 7 days. You can also put baby powder down there and feminine deodorizing spray. That stuff is great under your sac.
