i recently added a new debit card to paypal, and when i checked my online statements with the card, i saw a 1.00 dollar pending on the account.
DOES PAYPAL CHARGE YOU A DOLLAR TO ADD A NEW CARD?!
or is that just a pending amount that clears itself, just to test the account for funds...
i'm pissed, i know it's a dollar, but i mean what the heck.
where do they go off charging a dollar out of nowhere!
any answers would be great :(
i'm so angry, grr.

yes.. i think they do charge a dollar or more but i guess that's it. small price to pay for their services. You should read the terms and agreement before you sign up to any forms in the web, especially when it involves personal information and credit/debit cards

that is to make sure the card is legit. go back to paypal and read what the sign up process is. if you dont, then the account will become void.
