have had this headace all of last night and today. and its lingering on the front top of my head and my forehead. I wouldnt be worried about it I just never get headaces in that area.

Sounds like stress or a sinus infection. Give it a day or so, and if it doesn't improve---or gets WORSE, see a doctor.

Um...I think you are marked for death by someone with superhuman powers, however.

It could be a sinus headache. I don't know where in the universe you are, but in my community it is cold and flu season. When I begin to feel a cold coming on, very often the first symptom I feel is a sinus headache.

First of all did you hit your head? If so go to doc immediately. It could also be a migraine, cluster, tension, or sinus headache. If one of these, then take aspirin with caffeine drink. Or Bufferin aspirin which has caffeine in it. For sinus, also take a decongestant pill (sudafed).

tension headache or blocked sinus take headache tablet with water lie down in dark room if symptoms persist seek doctors advice

If the headache persists for long periods, then yes, consult a doctor.

Also if the headache is able to impair you in any form (ie impairs your judgement, hurts to think straight), then consult a doctor.
