I am currently 22 weeks pregnant with twins and I started to show around my 10th week believe it or not! But then again this is my 5th pregnancy so I may be showing sooner than I would if this was my first. Right now I look like I'm about 8 months or so pregnant with a singleton!

i am pregnant with twins first pregnancy and i am 14 weeks and showing really good already and have been for about 2 weeks now so around 3 months my doctor said with twins everything is about 4 to 6 weeks ahead of a Singleton pregnancy

I've heard as soon as 10-12weeks if your thin and its your first pregnancy. Otherwise , it should definately be noticeable by about 15-17 weeks.
A twin pregnancy at 28weeks looks like a full-term single pregnancy at 40 weeks. Thats one helluva big belly!!!

I would think around three or four months. Ask your doctor.
