My power was out because of a balance on our apartment from previous tenants. We have gotton the run-a-round everyday. Suggestion on what to do? Lawsuits? Anything. Thanks everyone! And Please Don't Go Through ComEd.

Call the electric company
Call your mayor's office
Call your state health inspector's office
Call your town/city's building inspector
Call your town/city's code enforcement officer

For one, call the land lord. If you are the land lord....you need to pay the balance and go after the tenets yourself.
