Sure, when you know something needs to be done, and you "just don't feel like doing it". What exactly is going through your mind? Is it that you would rather be out golfing?
Are you thinking of ways to get out of doing it?
Sometimes you can't find a way out though.
Well, when you're right in the middle of procrastinating, you stop and slap yourself in the face twice and repeat, If I get this done then I can go play golf. If I get this done today and get those done tomorrow then maybe I can play golf on Thursday.
No truthfully, I know of no way. I'm a big procrastinator.

I think that's a good time to take a walk and get some fresh air. Then come back with a fresh air outlook.

The question is, do you really want to get to work? Where there's a will, there's a way.

Stirring music is often a way to get yourself up and at 'em.
