Unfortunately, this toy has been recalled because two children who ingested it fell into a coma... the story is found in CNN:

So my questions are, how do I return it and get a refund? Who do I talk to? Is there another website I can go to for a return?

I work at Toys R Us, and I know you could also bring it to any store and it'll be returned for you even if you don't have a receipt.

I called snd W-mart is taking them back as long as they are sealed in the box. If they are not sealed they have to be sent back to the company.
