Most likely sleep apnea, but it could also be an anxiety attack. Please go to a doctor, or check your symptoms at

definitely sleep apnea, which is diagnosed way to quickly these days. Do you breathe like this during the day too? Did this just suddenly hit you out of the blue or have your been dealing with this your whole life? Its most likely another condition preventing you from breathing correctly, if it is in fact sleep apnea. Go to a general practitioner.

Some of your symptoms sounds similar to sleep apnea. (you stop breathing for a short period of time in your sleep) Sleep apnea would account for you being tired despite sleeping. It would also make you feel breathless or perhaps anxious. If it continues, I'd mention it to your doctor. They test for it through a sleep study. it can be treated with a machine called CPAP, which essentially blows air into your lungs through a facial mask. Just a possibility.

I agree with the others. Sounds like sleep apnea. You need to see the doctor and ask for a sleep study.

Could be sleep apnea. It is a common problem but could have bad effects. Go to the doctor and tell them. They may have you do a sleep test.
