RAM is hardware. It can't be downloaded. Computers don't "loose" memory. RAM and Memory are the same thing. Storage space (hard drive space) is NOT memory. You can "loose" storage space by having too many pictures, music, games, etc... saved on a computer. This can not be fixed in any way other than removing unused or unneeded software and files.
Hope this helps.

I think you are confused. RAM or Random Access Memory is not software (a program); hence you can't download it from anywhere, but hardware. RAM is a chip and to increase it you must take your computer to an expert who will add the new chips to your computer; thus, increase the memory.
A laptop or a Computer doesn't loses memory (RAM) unless something had happened to it physically, like being hit for example.
In other order of ideas. What you can find on internet are Memory management suites or programs. What this program will do is to increase the "efficiency" of your memory by moving what you use less out of the ram memory into the windows swap file (for example). And as far as I know there are not good programs doing this for free.

First and foremost RAM can't be downloaded it has to be installed by a computer repair shop or you can install it yourself ( Links will be posted below to help you out. ) For my system I just installed 2GB of Ram into my Dell Optiplex 210L Desktop ( It's a side mounted computer basically used for home or small offices .} to max out my memory from Best Buy. They got people their that can help you find just about anything you need to make your computer run the way you want to to.
To find out how much RAM you will need and the type you can go to the computers support website or go to Best Buy to see what they have in stock.
