I think Bayani Fernando can be a very good candidate. He was the one who changed the image of Marikina and turned it to a clean and peaceful city. He is also a disciplinarian. We all need that kind of person so that most of us Pinoys will learn to behave and be disciplined.

I am not a Filipino so I cannot vote and out of the 8 candidates the only one I know is Jinggoy and he would have to be a distant 8.
Out of the remaining candidates my vote, hypothetically speaking, would go to the candidate that closely follows either the mayor of Manila or Davao Cities.

Bayani Fernando.

A president and hero at the same time.

No. 4 - Bayani Fernando.

But if his wife will run too, I'll vote for the wife over him any time of day.

Noli De Castro (he's concentrating on the problems of our country instead of arguing for power).
