***THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST DISTURBING THE PEACE, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO LAWS AGAINST PERSONAL INDULGENCE OF LOUD MUSIC. BASICALLY IT BOILS DOWN TO PERSONAL CHOICE, AND THERE IS NO LAW AGAINST BEING STUPID, IF THERE WERE, THE JAILS WOULD E EVEN MORE OVERCROWDED THAN THEY ALREADY ARE.***

There are laws against it in some places though rarely enforced.
