First have wormsholes been proven impossible?

1)If we can use wormsholes for space exploration what will be needed to create one?

2)How much engery would be needed to create wormhole and keep it open?

3) How would we pass through it? Would we be torn into atoms?

4) Do we need a device at the other end of the wormhole to create a stable connection or do we just go around opening holes in space?

5) I'm not sure if wormholes punch holes in space and you magically appear at one end or bend space to two points for which travel can be made? Can someone please clarify this?

6) If wormholes bend space would not the matter between the space that was bend be destoryed?

Thanks for answering.

If I remember correctly their is something called a Heizenbeg-Einstein bridge (essentially a wormhole folds space and time) It would take two parallel plates (or 2 sets can't remember) with opposite charges.

The problem is to make it work you would need to harness the power of a supernova star!

Wormholes haven't been proven to be impossible yet though all the useful wormhole designs require exotic matter that might not be possible to exist and all the proposed designs are rather impractical for us (though that's not to say that we'll never have the technology to use them).

For the most part I think the answer to most questions about wormholes is that we don't really know because we don't understand the laws of physics (especially in regards to quantum gravity) well enough.

it somewhat is a latest participle. It does not have annoying except coupled with some thing. It often times is a factor of a compound noun. "staring at my grandfather study his books" is a single difficulty, a single concern of the sentence. What desperate annoying there replaced into "opened". in case you have been in latest annoying, you will use "opens", however the "staring at" could proceed to be the comparable. hth
