It's complicated. I'm pretty sure she likes me back, but it's very, very, complicated. Stuff I couldn't completely go into in this short amount of room nor would I want to bore you with the details.
I can't tell her how I feel... well, because it's complicated. I just hope she already knows.

No, when I said minus the stalker it meant like, a four year obsessive crush WITHOUT it being stalking. I don't stalk...

Love-
When you would sacrifice your life for that person
When you would trust all your secrets to that person
When you love that person and only that person
Obsessive Crush-
When you follow that person everywhere
When you find out every little detail
When you sniff their cloths
When you always watch them
When you creep that person out
When you are all like "WHY DOESN'T HE/SHE LOVE ME?!?"
When you go emo because that person doesn't love you
When you eventually commit suicide because of that person
Hmm...A lot more in the obsessive crush column...Guess there are more obsessive crushes then there is love...

weigh down is a few thing like while i'm having a weigh down on somebody(and that i hav on somebody somewhat) than I in simple terms desire that he would desire to experience the way for me as I do for him and the genuine love dosn't say so its eternal.

Love is different because when you say your in love, it's a long term commitment, but if it's just a crush even if it's obsessive, it would be just infatuation, it means that the person you like bears a quality that you like, if that person doesn't have that quality, you wouldn't like him to begin w/, normally, good looks is one of those qualities.

i would think that she knows. the difference would be the obsessive crush is unhealthy. of course love can also be unhealthy.. so i suppose it is more to do with how you two interact. since she is your friend, i dare say you are on the safe side there.. :)

The latter is unhealthy. Just go get her girl! Unless she's an idiot, but then why would you be her friend?

You answered your own questioned: Obsession.
I love my bf, but I am not obsessed with him. Look up what obsession means.
And I wouldn't consider someone who stalks me my best friend.
