If Cheney's envy of the Mushareffmaneuver doesn't wear off, he can take them on a late-haloween bird hunting trip to cheer up.

Pres. Cheney is doing it the smart way, by creating the Imperial Presidency he watched Nixon try for. He doesn't need to abolish the Supreme Court, they elected him in the first place.

Mushareff's backers are actually using Bush's violations of rights in America to demonstrate the necessity of his current coup as a "fight against terrorists".
