Well I already had dinner two hours ago, but what we had
was some barbequed pork so tender it was melt in your
mouth that my hubby cooked. This was on a bun with cole
slaw on the side made with my special addings and the
packaged blend of cabbage to cut time. There were ranch
beans on the side, but I had few of them, due to the carbs.
I put a few on top of the barbequed meat, and it was very
tasty.
Now for my evening snack, I will find some fruit. I saw a
new box of cubed watermelon calling to me LOL.

Just finished. Great Northern Beans with some ham chunks, white bread with real butter. Yum! Even put some real salt on the beans. Now I wait about 1 hour and have a piece of real Apple Pie and maybe a glass of Whole Milk. Yum, Yummy. Burp! Excuse me. :-p
Luckily I have a good Doctor. :-D

I am still recovering from my knee surgery and still feel very weak and have no appetite.....( I've lost 20 lbs this mo) so my daughter and son-in-law brought me dinner/supper....green beans, fried squash, and little red potatoes. The first time I've eaten that much at one time for a couple of weeks. Yummy!

Well lets see. I realized that I was low on bread, milk, fruits, meats and cereal (yeah just about everything) So I went to the grocery store which ran me up around 140.00 bucks. Not bad for a week for a family of 4. So I decided It would be to late to cook when I got them therefore We stopped at subway and got foot long chicken bacon ranch with provolone toasted for my husband and I. Mine included the works (all the veggies except jalapenos) and The fit meals for the boys with low fat milk and yogurt and apples. Yum mm..
