My guy friend Matt told me he has a big Italian salami and he wants me to suck it. I don't get what he means by this. It's creeping me out. What should I say?

Tell him that he flatters himself into believing it even comes close to an Italian salami; it looks more like a cocktail wiener.

It's weird but here in Italy we name it in a different way...
However you should tell him that instead of sucking, you prefer to eat it sliced...!!
I bet he'll stop asking you again .... :-)
