There are several variations of the Boot Scootin' Boogie dance depending on what state you are in and also what area of the state. It is a country line dance, not a square dance, that came out as a result of Brooks and Dunn's song by that name.

It is a type of country dance that one or 20 can do together. And yes, I have a very set of those country boots.

line dancing usually to country music. i don't do it, but i've watched other people do it, they never seem to smile, i don't know whether it's because they don't enjoy it or because they are concentrating on what move comes next .i'm a rock n roll gal myself but each to the own right?
