take a tissue.. fold it in half and place it angled the way you want your wings to go.. follow the edge of the tissue with your liner.. do the same on the other side..
Creates perfect wings and also prevents it from smudging

put on a couple of coats and inbetween each coat comb ur eyelashes & put more mascara at the ends of ur eye
