Ok guys let me know if this is a stupid trade on my part.
i've got WRs braylon edwards, lee evans, marques colston, lavaranues coles and andre johnson already but i only have one TE and thats chris cooley. should i just try to trade marvin harrison off for tony gonzalez? not sure if the guy will take it but hes tried to get marvin before.

Are you seriously asking if you should trade a gimpy, aging, statless on the year receiver for a top 10 TE? You get Coles and Andre Johnson back in wk 11, and Edwards is having the best year he'll ever have. The guys on your bench don't win you games, and last time I checked, Harrison is on the bench. Gonzo is a stud, and Cooley provides one hell of a backup-

That's not bad, but you could also try Harrison and Johnson for someone like A. Gates and a decent WR. Cooley is a pretty good TE, and depending on how many TEs you start, I'd stick with him. If you start two, you could try getting Gates or Gonzalez, cuz you're stocked at WR.

Add Cooley to the trade and then try to get a position from him that you need. A 1 for 1 doesn't look like it will help you.

there's no need to carry more than 1 TE at this point in the season. Marvin could be done for the season, if you can get a good deal on him this may be the time to do it.

i'm a Colts fan & think he is hurt worse than they are letting on. think of the Edge's injury in 2001
