hey ok when i look at some pictures on like the internet or somethink like that i love it when its all black and white but like their eyes are blue or their lips are red...how do they do that?

Picture Editing softwares like Photoshop etc.
Paint.net is a free one better than Ms Paint to do picture editing.

well there must be a computer program that extracts the color from some parts of the pictures but not all. Of they could just color in parts of an already black and white picture.

What they did in the older days was take black + white photos, then w/ colored ink they'd color those certain features, now they just use photoshop.

I think the colors change cause there lips are the color but when u turn it into a different color its puts like a shade over it
