Why is Denver doing bad? What are they're mistakes? And will they make the playoffs?

Cutler has not progressed during the year, he has regressed. The Broncos are in a rebuilding time, the D is old and not tackling, the Offense is not clicking and the Broncos have lost their home field advantage. The Broncos have great coaching and ownership, that is not the problem. No playoff this year, will be very fortunate to have a winning record. Actually and the beginning of the year I thought Denver would challenge San Diego for the AFC West title.

They still have a good chance to make the playoffs but only because the are in the afc west. They will have to win their division to make the playoffs cause they wont be good enough to be a wild card team. Remember they are only 1 game out of first place and 1 and 1 in the west. B ut to win their division there needs to be some heart on this team and I dint see it. I t seems to me shannahan has lost the locker room. When they were in their bye week and Marshall came out to joke around during Cutlers press conference that showed me a lot. You are 2 and 3 going to Pittsburgh and it didn't seem you cared at all. Yes the beat the Steelers but thanks to Elam again. They arnt wrapping tackles they drop to many passes and the line on both side is a joke. I understand the injury's but Shannahan had a team in 99 after the two super bowls go 7 and 9 with the same problems. The difference is the locker room respected him then but now he has lost touch with the players. This is reminding me of the same problems with Andy Ried or even Parcells last year. Give Shannahan 2 years off and he probably will be one of the best coaches in the league again but not the way he is going now.

Too many injuries to key people.
Their D that everyone thought was going to be awesome this year has not played well at all.
The O is moving the ball up and down the field but can't seem to put it in the endzone.
I see no playoffs for Denver this year. The AFC overall is to tough.

Denver has one problem Jay Cutler. He has never been a winner. No Playoffs time to draft a QB of the future.

they don't stop the ball very well of have a bad red zone defense.
they will barely make the wild card.

they don't do well on 3rd down either.
If Cutler can get some WR action going for them, then I think they will start to improve and have a better year next season.

playoffs are unlikely. and their mistakes come from the coaches and their strategies and sometimes QB.
