On the Internet my pages keep freezing, the top of the screen where it says IE this changes to a?

lighter blue colour and I cant scroll down, I have to right click the mouse to to continue.I have done a full scan,have no viruses etc,its been like this for 2 days now,anyone advise me please.

Replace MSIE with Firefox ..

No, delete your cache. Too much internet temporary files are stored on your computer, which the browser is calling up... it'll free up some space and RAM
