Out of the clear blue I have started having this problem. I did have an abdominal hysterectomy 2 months ago so I'm thinking that it couldn't be nerve damage connected to that or it would have shown up sooner? Has anyone had this problem and if so, what do they think caused it and what did they do to get rid of it. Thanks.

there could be nerve damage stemming from the surgery. I have an old spinal injury aka, protruding disk in my lower back and it tends to cause numbness, tingling and pain in my legs and feet. the only way to tell for sure what is causing the problem is testing, some of the tests are nerve conduction, mri, cat scan, and many others. speak with your doctor and he or she can start taking steps to try and figure out the cause. A physical therapist can usually give you evercises to do at home that can help reduce the problems.
