Our parents are an influence but there is a certain point when children grow up and take responsibility for how they choose to behave.
By the evidence of this very question you know how you treat girls is wrong. You're the only one in control of how you act.

No - it just means you are a loser. Your mother is not the only influence in your life and if you blame her for your faults. What you need is to be accountable for yourself and your actions. If you know you are disrespectful get counseling so you can learn to be more respectful. Your mother may have bore you but you are the only one responsible for your actions.
