Seedlings for Basil leaves?

Where can I possibly buy seedlings for basil leaves here in the Philippines? I am here in Davao City.

Seeds are sold for Basil, but the leaves only come after the seed is sown and allowed to grow. You cannot get basil leaves to sprout roots as some tropical plants do. sorry

Im not sure what hes saying but, start from seeds then have a "mother" plant and clone her cuttings "very easy"
