If by pulled you mean forfeited, no...although Woody Hayes got fired from Ohio State by being so mad about a call that he punched a player on the opposing team...

i remember the buffalo bills did that about 6 or 7 years ago
against the patriots i think
there was a bad call for a first down and pats ended up
scoring with no time left to win the game
refs said that they had to go for the PAT
but the bills walked off and the pats lined up with nobody on defense snapped the ball and the holder stood up and walked into the endzone for 2
that is the only one i can think of because i was watching it
