my ,mom died from breast cancer,,my yearly mannogram shows a small complex cyst,,,Dr suggest wait 6 months return testing scared to death

Yes, I would recommend returning in 6 months to have the doctor check it again further.

My mom was recently diagnosed with breast cancer but the doctor knew about the lump (before we knew it was cancerous) about a year before the last check-up and as far as we think we know the doctor didn't tell her to come back in 6 months to have it checked further as is the usual standard.

I'm sorry about your mom dying from breast cancer.
