I'm not sure about the needing to pee bit - but I'm sure the girls will be able to fill you in on that. I've never read it, is all, but maybe it's not something very sexy to be added to the description of an orgasm :-)

You definitely had an orgasm and the feeling that you have to pee is coming from the fact that you are most likely stimulating your g-spot. The g-spot is actually a set of glands that produce fluid when stimulated. As the fluid is produced and your body wants to release it you will feel like you have to pee. If you give into the feeling you will have a female ejaculation, which is very normal. The fluid won't necessarily squirt out, but will probably gush out. The fluid is not pee and has no pee in it. It does not come from your bladder. Believe me, doctors have studied this. If you just can't give into that feeling of letting go, that is fine too. Surveys of women who regularly experience female ejaculation reveal that their orgasms are just as intense whether they hold it in or not. This was the case for most women, but not all.
If you want to intensify the feeling, try stimulating your clitoris at the same time. You will be amazed.
