Mine is that I have allowed myself become overweight - though thankfully while still in that position I have lost in net terms 6 stone (84bs). But it's going up again. :(

I regret being rude to my grandparents
it was the last time i saw them and i didnt realize it
but i really didnt pay attention to them
and they dont have much time left so i wish i could go back and spend the time with them that they deserved =(

ditto. i wish i knew when i was younger that a lot of the stuff i was eating was unhealthy. but no one ever told me that, so i got fat. thank God I lost that weight though!
