In the eastern hemisphere it is Africa,Asia,and Europe.And in the southern is Antarctica.And then,if you wanna know latitude and longitude.Longitude-north and south measured by the Prime Meridian,and latitude-east and west measured by the equator.

The dividing line for northern and southern hemispheres is the equator. The dividing line for eastern and western hemispheres is the prime meridian.

With the above definition, the continents at least partially in the eastern and southern hemispheres are:

Africa
Australia
Antarctica

Africa, if you are using the 0 & 180 Longitude lines & the Equator as the dividing lines.
By that definition, Africa is partially in all hemispheres.
