I am 38 weeks pregnant tommrow is it normal to spot after sex and a few cramps???

It's completely normal after sex. Your cervix bruises easily, so it's not unheard of.
Watch the cramping though. Are they coming in waves? Once they start coming in waves and they take your breath away, go to the ER.

Spotting after sex is normal...everything down there is oversensitive. Cramping is normal too, orgasm can help stimulate contractions. If the cramps are at regular intervals and you can't talk during them, call the doc. If they were just little annoying ones, it is just cuz of everything that's going on in there right now. lol Good luck to ya!

Some spotting is very normal, especially since you are so far along. Your cervix is probably thinning out and would be irritated and bleed easily, especially after sex. You are ok as long as u don't see any BRIGHT RED BLEEDING.

Yes, totally normal. Your cervix gets lower and lower as the baby drops, and its more easily irritated by his penis during sex, it causes it to bleed.
Your orgasm and his semen release hormones that cause contractions- its normal.
