What arguments could I use in a debate for pro gay marriage

The government is prohibited by the first amendment form being involved in religious activities. As such, marriage as administered by the state is a state function, not a religious function. The equal protection amendment requires that laws not favor one group over another. If a church does not want to allow same sex marriage within their church they have the freedom to not allow it.

1) the fact that the love is there just as it would be in a heterosexual arrangement
2) The fact that kids raised by the marriage are not necessarily going to become bi or gay
3)those kids will be raised just as equally as any other and will get their proper education
4)not all heterosexuals are against same sex marriage as would be said by politicians who never let the issue go to vote.
5)Some heterosexuals are cross dressers(myself included) and the public accepts my policy of wearing women's clothes but some find gay issues a leery subject but if put into debate will usually go in favor for the gay community.

Several countries have already adpated it and ruled anti gay marriage as a constitutional violation.

Canada has legalized it and doesn't plan to turn back, even under a current Conservative government.

It is a constitutional right for ANY person...

Equal rights or civil rights.
There is no reason that same sex couples should be discriminated against. It's a personal choice that should be allowed and respected.
Gay people are one of the last people to be discriminated against by the law. It's time for change.
