I'm curious why anyone would use or recommend http://www.user-guides.co.uk/ They stole my money and after dozens of emails and pleas I still haven't gotten my disk - not since 8-25-07. They agreed they had my money and said they'd send the disk and return my cash, they kept promising me until my PayPal appeal time ran out, then they disappeared. Do not do business with user-guides.co.uk they are thieves and frauds, you'll regret it if you do!

SOP for eBay Fraudsters is to delay until PayPal etc. appeal time runs out ..

Make sure you post negative feedback and raise a claim to PayPay anyway .. (so maybe others will not get caught)

.. and in future NEVER believe excuses .. ONLY look at actual results .. (and make sure you claim within the allotted time)
