Well men release billions of sperm into you. Yes some drip out, but only a couple of hundred out of the billions are strong enough to make the journey to your egg. So you ever heard that saying...only the strong survive....well its true.lol. If I remember right it takes sperm quite a few hours to reach the egg and they can live in your vigina for up to 72 hours. Isnt that amazing!!!

Do you check your CM? When you have the egg white CM is when you should be having sex. That is because that type of CM's job is to coat the cervix and allow sperm to flow into your cervix. So if you see that CM, it does not matter if some sperm comes out, as long as your husband coated your cerivx with sperm. Good Luck!!

All the sperm you needed to get pregnant is shot through the cervix at the time of ejaculation. What comes back out is useless. It doesnt matter how long you lay down, or elevate your hips, no more will make it through the cervix and on its way to the egg.

even though some comes out, some still stays in as well. remember, it only takes one to do the job!
