then wither the vice president takesover if there is no VP, then the speaker of the house.
If the speaker of the house, then 3 months later an election has to take place.

The government is taking care of its people here, they don't want us to go through the hassle of selecting new leaders. Basically , when the current leader dies we
will find out next day who will will replace him. Easy and straightforward process.
