In outlook express, right click on the message and hit properties.
On the box that pops up, click on message source.
In the message source box you should see a line that say "Received: from " followed by a bracket with some numbers in it. Those number, including the dots in between, is the IP address of the server that sent the message.

look at the message source, from that point u will see the details of the message, including the sender's IP address.

It's in the Headers (you may have to find the Option 'Show Full Headers' depending o your email system)
NB. if it's a SPAM email don't bother, it's REALLY easy to 'spoof' the headers & set up fake 'from' IP address ..

Look in the header. In outlook express or outlook you just need to click the arrow near the TO and FROM boxes to expand the header
And look for "View Full Header" or something similer in other web based email apps

dont really know what you mean, but you can use command prompt on a windows and ping sites and it will give you the ip of that site, just type in ping www. .com you can get to command prompt by going to run and typing in command
