Wow, I would like aquatic turtles. I have five and they have thier own mind . Even though they can't hear, with no ears, they happen to know when things go on.
It woud effect humans not so much, unless you mean super genius. If not then, they can't really beat the humans, of their size, but maybe in the mind. Ha! the next day you see turtles walking planning schemes to rule the world. Like that'll ever happen though, pshh.
