I want to go to a TOP MBA program. I mean like Harvard, Penn, Stanford, Dartmouth, UChicago, and a few others.

What kind of activities should I be doing in college that would help me get in. I know I should be active, but like what? THANKS! Any admits to these schools, greatly appreciated!

To get into a top MBA profeam, you will need the following:

1. High GPA (this is important -- but not as important as it is for academic graduate degrees. A 3.4-3.6 from a good undergraduate school should be good enough. A higher GPA will be needed froma less selective university

2. High GMAT score. A score of 700+ is good enough. WIth everything else perfect -- a score inthe high 600s will be OK.

3. Three to five years of work experience. Top schools are now demanding closer to five years of experience.

4. Great interview.

5. Killer admissions essays.

Other things that are taken into consideration -- but not as important: Recommendations, Quality of undergraduate school, Outside activities, Undergraduate major, etc.

As an undergraduate, your activities are not that important. Your grades are.
