Who've is not a proper contraction - "who's," or "who has," would be the correct way to say it. So, it would not be a pronoun, because "who've" is not even used in the English language - at least by anyone that speaks proper English. Plus, for future reference - it's spelled "immediately" - not "ameditly."

As Miss MeMe said, contraction, but definitely not a pronoun. Pronouns are proper (pro) nouns, such as a name (Billy). The store is just a regular noun, because it's a place. Persons, places, or things are all nouns, pronouns are names or anything capitalized (being proper).
